When you order a product from Wolfdog Press, our secure payment process service needs to collect certain information from you; your name, your email address, the delivery address, your phone number and your credit or debit card information. This information is then used to process your order and it allows us to contact you to notify you of the status of your order if necessary.
When you place an order online you are connected to a secure server. The secure server software encrypts all information you input which means that any sensitive information such as your credit or debit card details cannot be intercepted or seen by anyone except our Payment Service Provider. Wolfdog Press never sees your card details. We are notified by e-mail when you place an order and are informed when your payment has been authorised by your bank.
MAKING A PURCHASE
After you have browsed our online shop and identified the products that you want, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. Once you have everything you want in your basket, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few essential details so that your order can be processed. Wolfdog Press reserves the right refuse any order which is deemed to have not been conducted in the correct way.
All UK orders are send second class. Your order should be with you within two weeks of placement, although it is more likely to be with you within four or five days. All of our deliveries are sent through Royal Mail. We also ship to Europe and North America with Royal Mail International Standard delivery.
CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER
Once you have placed your order you will be issued with an order number via email confirmation, please quote the order number in any further communications. If you wish to cancel your order, providing it has not already been dispatched, we will simply refund your money. It is important that you notify us as quickly as possible - cancelled orders will be refunded within 30 days of the cancellations. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Similarly, if you wish to amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Again this will only be possible if your order has not already been dispatched.
We are committed at Wolfdog Press to provide you with customer excellent service. If however you are dissatisfied with the product that you have purchased it can be returned to us, providing it is not more than 7 days since you received the goods. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the book(s) to us. If goods are damaged, or if you receive a product that you did not order, we will provide you with a full refund or replacement provided you notify us within 30 days of receiving the goods. Please contact us via email or phone so that we can arrange suitable collection, or return shipping options.
We accept major credit cards (Visa/Delta/Electron, MasterCard/Eurocard, American Express, Switch/Maestro, Solo) as well as PayPal. A PayPal account is not required and you do not need to create one. You will be redirected to PayPal’s secure site to complete your checkout.
